Henry Drury started from the front row after earning his first career Continental Tire Pole Award alongside the No. 46 of Lucas Weisenberg. By Turn 2 of the opening lap, Westin Workman had surged from third to the lead after an assertive move on both front-row starters.
Early contact between Spike Kohlbecker and Jaxon Bell brought out the first full course yellow when Kohlbecker’s side skirt detached on track. The race resumed with just under 39 minutes remaining, and moments later Beltre Curtis got loose exiting Turn 2, sending Ethan Tovo through the grass, while the field stayed green and made their way through the 14-turn road course.
Weisenberg took control of the race for the first time with 36 minutes to go before Workman reclaimed the top spot just moments later as the front pack of eight drivers ran nose-to-tail. The intensity continued as Parker DeLong, Jaxon Bell, and Jackson Tovo battled for the sixth position, and looking to crack into the top five.
With 25 minutes left, Workman and Weisenberg continued to trade the lead as Workman edged his way ahead in Turn 7. Moments later, chaos ensued as Will Robusto made a strong move and was able to go from fifth to second while Weisenberg and Jeremy Fletcher made contact, forcing Weisenberg to retire and triggering another full course yellow.
The field went back to green with 12 minutes to go, but a multi-car incident in Turn 7 involving Curtis and Jeff Curry brought out the final caution. The race ultimately ended under yellow, sealing Westin Workman’s victory ahead of Spike Kohlbecker and Jaxon Bell.
