BSI Racing announces the addition and return of Jordan RickSegrini for the upcoming Sebring International Raceway event for Rounds 3&4 of the Toyota GR Cup championship. RickSegrini is no stranger to BSI Racing and GR Cup after running with the team in the series in 2023.
The series sophomore addition marks the fifth driver to run under the BSI tent, joining series veteran Steven Clemons, and fellow rookies Julian DaCosta, Maddie Aust, and Max Hewitt.
“I’m very excited to make my return to the Toyota GR Cup with BSI Racing,” said RickSegrini.
“We showed last year what it takes to contend at the top here and I’m looking to build off of that.”
RickSegrini and BSI will look to find the podium once again in the series after a second-place finish for the then-rookie at Sebring a year ago.
“We’re happy to have Jordan back for this coming weekend,” said team owner and Principle, Shea Holbrook.
“It’s a boost for us as a team to have a driver that found success here last year. We obviously know he’s capable of getting us on the podium, and we expect to push for that again on Saturday and Sunday. With more experience under our tent, more data to analyze… I think this will push our drivers up the field and hopefully put some money back into their pockets.”
RickSegrini will pilot his black and yellow number 18 livery once again. After testing was canceled due to track issues at Sonoma, RickSegrini and BSI Racing will begin testing on Thursday at Sebring, followed by practice, qualifying, and races three and four, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
